What is a social group?

A social group is a private digital space where your course mentors and learners can share ideas, participate collectively in training content and follow your organisation’s courses. You can manage your users and groups from within the same digital area. You may also create ‘nested sub-groups’ within your group for different groups of users.

Which media can I use in my uploaded courses?

RAVEN is a web-based learning experience system. You can upload any form of media onto the site.  This includes text, images, video, links, SCORM packages and more.  There is no limit on the total storage size you may use.

How do plans work?

Plans are primarily based on the number of users and the number of uploaded courses.  You can de-register users to create space for other users in your group. Plans are also based on number of uploaded courses. As you upgrade plans, you will be able to upload more courses.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel our account?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan subscription at any time.  However, no refunds for subscriptions paid yearly shall be provided.

What is the form of payment?

RAVEN accepts all major credit cards and SEPA bank transfers.

Why do I need an Account Manager?

An account manager will be your permanent point of contact in the RAVEN Team. He will manage your subscription, upload and guide you to offer your learners the best possible learning experience. He will also suggest ways in which you can improve your organisation’s training content going forward.

I deliver a number of courses via ZOOM. How do I use ZOOM with RAVEN?

You can connect your ZOOM account to your organisation’s social groups. This will allow you to add ZOOM meetings within your group, including the ability to record depending on your ZOOM subscription.  

RAVEN can also integrate links to other video meeting platforms within your course waypoints.

Does my plan include free support?

Yes, RAVEN offers support for all types of accounts. You can also avail of a comprehensive Knowledge Database to support your everyday queries.
