From concept, we have worked on creating an environment which is not simply a different way of doing training, or a way of listening through lectures through a portal, but a digital space where you can interact, immerse yourself and learn with your peers. RAVEN is a platform where you can live through courses, read content, share statuses, and above all, share your knowledge and experiences with other aerospace professionals. We are teaming up with training providers to push eLearning development and create new content which not only can help improve your knowledge, but through the use of technology, can be your workplace companion.

At RAVEN we believe in human resource potential. Our business is designed around that core value. This is why we have set up our eLearning Development Unit on the island of Malta, because we believe that this is the perfect environment where we can grow our business. Malta is slowly becoming a central aviation hub, with unique potential and a great human resource for us to tap into.
Together with our Providers, we create courses to start fostering an environment of collaboration, and to start showcasing the true potential of the RAVEN Aerospace Learning Experience Platform to our learners.
