About the Project

Raven is looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Digital Learning Content Creators to support our production team.

We are moving away from static presentations and embracing a video-first approach. We need a partner who can take technical scripts and turn them into polished, professional video content using our digital production workflow.

The Role

• Workflow: You will work remotely on a project-by-project basis.
• The Task: You will receive approved training scripts and will be responsible for producing the final video assets using specific cloud-based video platforms (access provided) and post-production software.

Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Video Production: Transform text-based scripts into engaging video content using digital media tools.
• Visual Editing: Edit footage to ensure seamless flow, adding on-screen text, branded overlays, graphics, and B-roll to enhance the learning experience.
• Pacing & Flow: Ensure the visual timing matches the audio narration perfectly.
• Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to Raven.aero branding guidelines and visual standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review all content for accuracy before submission.

Requirements

• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, Camtasia, or similar).
• Tech Savvy: High comfort level with learning and using cloud-based content creation platforms. (We will provide access to the specific tools we use).
• Hardware: You must have your own workstation capable of video editing and a reliable internet connection.
• Professional Status: You must be registered as self-employed/freelance and able to issue invoices.
• Language: Excellent command of English is mandatory (aviation is an English-language industry).
